Today, I have a simple challenge for you.

This is a simple challenge that can lead to great results.

Are you ready? Here it is:

Eat vegetables with a meal other than dinner.

You can include something for breakfast, lunch, and/or snacks.

The main time people consume vegetables is at dinner (if at all).Now this doesn't include french fries or even a baked potatoe. Tryto include something like brocolli, peppers, tomatoes, spinach,celery, cucumbers, etc.

Heck, you could make a great salad with the majority of those ingredients!

Not only will this help you with weight control, but it is a greatway to increase your health!
That is your challenge. Starting today, include at least 1 vegetable in another meal other than dinner.
